Presidential Pardons Redux: John Forte

On Monday November 24th, the White House released a list of 14 pardons and two commutations approved by W. As I mentioned in a post last week, these lists are commonplace for an outgoing president, usually filed up to the last minute of his administration. This particular list was shocking though for the names not included, primarily Lewis "Scooter" Libby, Conrad Black, and Michael Milken. And what's funnier is who was included. For example, The Fugees' John Forte happened to be one of the lucky bastards who got a pass from W.
